Your user profile drop-down menu is for quick access to frequently accessed tools. Certain features, such as your AgentPort profile and account settings can only be accessed through this menu.
To access your profile, click on the top right corner where your name is displayed and then click 'My Profile.'
Information entered on your AgentPort profile is only viewable through Nexcite, through the Agent Directory model page.
If you're not planning on implementing this feature, then it will not be necessary to update your profile information as it is only viewable through this option.
Not planning on integrating your AgentPort profile?
It's a great way to display your agent's information, and it's easily managed by both you and your agent. Your agent can edit their profile through AgentPort without ever needing access to Nexcite.
Want to add an Agent to AgentPort? First, you'll need to create their profile.
Accounts can be created in your NexCite Website Admin (Sign-in, select NexCite Website Tools, then select your site from the Site List)
Enter all required fields (Note: The agent will be sent an email to the email address provided with the link for where to log in, their username, and password)
Click Create Agent Profile
An overview of the information that is currently available on your profile, along with account settings.
To access your profile overview, click on the top right corner where your name is displayed and then click My Profile.
Update Profile: Update your Personal Information for your profile
Trips: Past, current, or future trips that you have taken or plan to take
Testimonials: Testimonials that you've received from past customers
Tip:
Adding trips and testimonails will let your customers get a better sense of who you are and what you offer as an agent.

Contact Information: How you can be contacted by your customers
Social Media Information: Your social media handles for your agency (use the full site for URLs, for example: https://passportonlineinc.com/)
After updating your handles, be sure to check the links in your profile to ensure they're directing you to the correct location.
Running into problems?
- Check for any spelling mistakes
- Make sure you're using the complete site URL when asked for it
- Look for any extra spaces between words or letters
- Ensure the desired handle is still active and usable
