  • Can I add offers to greeting card emails?

    • Yes! You can add offers to any email. Greeting Card templates do not contain offers in them, so you will need to add/edit the styling of the offer modules that you add to greeting cards.

  • Can I import my contact list into AgentPort to use when sending marketing emails?

    • No, the email marketing tool will allow you to send to only one email address at a time. It is recommended you send all marketing emails to yourself first and then forward them to your customers from your own email program; that way, you’ll have access to your contact list.

  • What should I do if my customer doesn’t receive an email sent from AgentPort?

    • Some email hosting programs will automatically block emails that show the "from" field as something not matching the server that it is sent from (this is called spoofing).  It is recommended that you send all emails from AgentPort to yourself first, and then forward on to your customer from your email program as it is less likely to get blocked that way.

      If you are attempting to send yourself an email from AgentPort and not getting it, try to send it to an alternate email address. Or, if you have access to support through your email host, you can ask them to add TXT records to allow spoofing from the following:    ip4:207.189.101.96/27    ip4:207.189.109.192/27
