What is AgentPort?
AgentPort is the agent-facing side of the Passport Online suite of products. It provides access to the same travel content that is visible to consumers via the Passport Online website products but also includes special agent-only information and features.
AgentPort integrates email marketing tools and online booking capabilities to enhance an agent's productivity by providing:
- Email Marketing
- Advanced Research and Shopping
- Lead Tracking & Management
- Advisor Profiles
Navigation Overview
- Navigation Menu: Use the different tabs within the Navigation Menu to navigate through AgentPort.
- Notifications: The bell next to your login name will animate if there are any new system messages for updates or other important matters.
- User Admin: Your name or login ID will show at the top right of AgentPort. Hover over your name for additional options. For more information on User Profile, see the User Profile page.
- Search: This area will allow you to search for vacation offers, using a wide variety of options. You can also click the Detailed Search link to see additional search options.
- Merchandising Items: Merchandising items can be added by administrators as text or images and are intended for promotional or informational use.
- Quick Links: Quick links can be added by administrators as images and are intended for promotional or informational use.
